Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

General Policy

All training and consultation provided by Resilient Trauma Services, LLC are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms. By booking services, you agree to this policy.  Clients should refer to the client portal for relevant policies.

Consultations

  • Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation is subject to a late cancellation fee.

  • The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the type of service booked and the time reserved.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will charged the full consultation fee.

Trainings

  • Refund and cancellation terms for trainings vary based on the scope, format, and preparation required.

  • Any applicable late cancellation fees for trainings will be discussed and agreed upon at the time the training needs are discussed with the client, prior to scheduling or contracting.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Fees related to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, as appropriate.
